On conclusion of a paid service agreement and provision of digital products in CSDota BombMode.
Effective date: June 7, 2026.
1. General Provisions
1.1. This document is an official public proposal of the Provider according to Articles 435 and 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
1.2. Acceptance of the Offer means full and unconditional acceptance of its terms by the User.
1.3. The current version of the Offer is published at https://csdota.com/.
2. Parties and Definitions
2.1. Provider: ИП Ожиганов Игорь Васильевич, tax ID 433201066889, OGRNIP 324430000021151.
2.2. Customer or User is a legally capable person using the service and making payments.
2.3. Service means the CSDota website, CSDota BombMode game mode, and related account, match, balance, payment, and subscription functionality.
2.4. Digital products include shards, paid CSDota subscriptions, and related digital functionality available within the service.
2.5. Shards and other in-game elements are not money, cannot be exchanged for money, and are used only within the service.
3. Subject of Agreement
3.1. Provider grants User access to selected digital products and service functionality, while User pays for the selected product at the current tariff.
3.2. Product list, features, validity period, and prices are defined by the service interface at checkout time.
4. Acceptance and Contract Moment
4.1. Acceptance occurs when User performs payment actions: product selection, payment button click, checkout page transition, payment confirmation, or other actions clearly expressing intent to pay.
4.2. Agreement is considered concluded once payment is successfully confirmed by the payment provider.
5. Price and Settlements
5.1. All prices are shown in Russian rubles unless the service interface directly states otherwise.
5.2. Payments are processed cashless via integrated payment services, including Robokassa.
5.3. Provider uses the simplified tax system; transactions are VAT-free unless otherwise stated in the product card or fiscal receipt.
6. Digital Product Delivery
6.1. Digital product is delivered automatically after payment confirmation by the payment provider and service.
6.2. Shards are credited to the account balance linked to the Steam ID specified or identified during checkout.
6.3. Provider obligation is fulfilled when the digital product is actually credited or the paid subscription period is activated.
7. Subscription and Auto-Renewal
7.1. Subscriptions may be provided for a month, a year, or another period stated in the service interface.
7.2. If auto-renewal is enabled for the selected subscription, User agrees to recurring charges on renewal dates.
7.3. Auto-renewal can be disabled before the next charge date via the service interface and/or support request: support@wtflegends.com.
8. Refunds and Claims
8.1. Refund requests are accepted via support with payment ID, Steam ID, and situation description.
8.2. Refunds for digital products are reviewed individually based on delivery status, product usage, and legal requirements.
8.3. If a digital product was not delivered due to a technical failure, Provider corrects the crediting or reviews a refund after payment verification.
9. Fiscalization
9.1. Electronic fiscal receipt is generated according to applicable legal requirements.
10. Liability
10.1. Parties bear liability under the law of the Russian Federation.
10.2. Provider is not liable for failures caused by third parties, payment systems, Steam, telecom operators, game servers, and other external systems.
11. Offer Changes and Disputes
11.1. Provider may update the Offer. New version takes effect upon publication unless otherwise stated.
11.2. Applicable law is the law of the Russian Federation. Disputes are resolved by pre-trial claim procedure and then by court jurisdiction rules of the Russian Federation.
