3. Matches, Stats, and Game Balance
3.1. Match statistics, rating, shard balance, and other gameplay metrics may update with a delay and depend on correct data submitted by the game server.
3.2. Shards and other digital elements are used only within the service. Earning and spending rates are defined by the current game economy and may be updated.
4. Paid Features and Subscriptions
4.1. Paid digital products may include shard purchases, CSDota subscriptions, and related functionality displayed in the service interface.

5. Moderation and Access Restrictions
5.1. In case of violations, the service may restrict account functionality, temporarily suspend access, or close access to specific features.
5.2. Correction of erroneous credits, debits, or subscription statuses may be performed after internal review of logs and payment data.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. Website, interfaces, texts, program code, and other service materials may be used only within the functionality provided to User.
